I enjoy a good cup of coffee. Nothing too strong with just enough half and half to cut the bitterness down to a palatable level. Good stuff. Michael will tell you that I’m way too picky and my history with coffee makers is horribly complicated, but I like to believe I have a refined sense of what is good and what simply is not. Currently I use a French Press to brew my Joe on coffee Friday which takes longer, but is worth the extra effort. Our other more technological coffee maker is more prone to fits and doesn’t always complete its job properly, so I only use it when I’m in a rush.
