Knitting can be incredibly technical.
I knit this blue and white striped sweater with a front pocket last year. I absolutely adore it, but I did not pay attention to the stripes so I ended up with color jogs. The jogs, or where the stripes don’t line up, are on the inside of the sleeves and they are really not a huge deal, but I know they’re there, so it bothers me.
A few weeks ago I finished this striped rainbow cardigan and I took greater care with the stripes. Everything lined up, which means there were no jogs. The crazy part about matching stripes is, it’s ridiculously simple to do. I made an insanely quick video to show you how.
I learned something new today. Thanks for sharing your knowledge……
It’s a great little trick that makes knitting stripes so much neater. No more jogs!
