One slice of your favorite bread
One large egg
Salt and Pepper
Lightly butter both sides of your bread. Take a large drinking glass and press it into the center of the bread cutting out the middle. Butter a hot griddle or your favorite pan. Place the buttered bread (without the middle) on your griddle and break the egg into the center of the bread. Place the bread hole in the pan to toast lightly. Cook until egg is solid and flip to cook both sides. Remove cowboy egg from pan and eat with or without a fork. Cheers!
